Circular of the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration and Guangdong Provincial Health Commission on Issuing the Guidelines for Application for Imported Hong Kong and Macao Medicines and Medical Devices in the Nine Mainland Cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangdong Province

All relevant medical institutions:

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Regulations of Guangdong Province on the Administration of Imported Hong Kong and Macao Drugs and Medical Devices in the Nine Mainland Cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration and the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission have decided upon research to issue the Guidelines for the Declaration of Imported Hong Kong and Macao Drugs and Medical Devices in the Nine Mainland Cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area of Guangdong Province. This Circular shall come into force on August 8, 2026, and the original Guidelines for the Declaration of Imported Hong Kong and Macao Drugs and Medical Devices in the Nine Mainland Cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (Document No. Yue Yao Jian Xu〔2024〕88) shall be abolished.
